Harambee Umoja Wellness/Activity Circle
Participant cost: Donation
Participants waiver: a waiver must be signed to participate in the physical activities at the KJFITCO Gym. The waiver will be available the day of Umoja activities at the Gym.
Dress code: comfortable athletic clothing and tennis shoes
Equipment: Participants are asked to bring a mat and water bottle
Participants have a choice to sign up to have a chair for activities. The choice of wanting a chair will be on the registration form.

We are taking it back to the ally!! The bowling ally, that is!! It's time to get a little competition going down to see who has the skills to take the trophy home!!
